Jasmine is a Manchester-based visual artist whose art practice primarily focuses on her Chinese heritage through traditional artforms and its social compatibility with her British upbringing. After speaking with the Ransom Note & More Rice team, Jasmine was inspired by her travels to South East Asia earlier this year and references the Thai Naga, a mythological serpent-like creature accompanied by ubiquitous Thai boxer imagery.
