🎃👻 Trick or Treat! Halloween season at Plus 1 just got more fun today at the office. There were witches, princesses, and so many funny characters on the runway showing off their creativity and spooky spirit. Winners brought their A-game, which definitely stunned the entire office!

𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝗼𝗻 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆!

We're excited to share the collaboration between PLUS 1 and Octopus on this International Day of Charity. We held a Clothes and Toys Drive at the office to support the The Foundation for Slum Child Care , an organization dedicated to improving the lives of children in need, living in the Khlong Toei district.

𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗲𝗲𝘀 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗯𝗼𝘁𝗵 𝗣𝗹𝘂𝘀 𝟭 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗢𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗽𝘂𝘀𝟭 donated their pre-loved clothes and toys. We were overwhelmed by the response and thoughtfulness that our team came through in this activity.

✈ 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝘄𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗮 𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲 in managing our teams and improving collaboration? Here are a few ways:

🤝 𝗔𝗿𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸𝗹𝘆 𝗼𝗿 𝗱𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘆 𝗺𝗲𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 to make sure everyone on the team is at the same pace: having morning catchup sessions can help bring the team together to feel more connected through wireless connections (pun intended).

Since we are not able to see each other physically, it’s important that people on the team communicate openly and actively about what’s going on. Be sure to talk about any problem that arises when it's still fixable!

✔ 𝗦𝗲𝘁 𝘂𝗽 𝗮 𝗱𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘆 𝘁𝗼-𝗱𝗼𝘀 𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁 to keep track of your responsibilities: jotting down your assigned tasks on a calendar and sharing it with others are good ways to keep everyone informed about ongoing duties. These won’t only aid in increasing productivity but also give you better time management when everything is clearly laid out.

It is possible to feel disoriented when working alone, but setting these goals can really help to restore the work momentum. Remember, collaboration and communication are keys to efficient working!
