The restaurant specializes in somen, a thin white Japanese noodle dish traditionally served cold with tsuyu dipping sauce. The interior is anchored by a simple, geometric oak bar extending over half the length of the space, above which custom-designed pendant lamps are suspended. A fabricated stainless steel shelf is positioned as a compositional element, while a tilted ceiling mirror introduces a sense of depth. The restrained material palette emphasizes clarity and warmth.
