On Friday, 19 June, Chef Christian Martena welcomes Chef Andrea Accordi of Riva del Fiume at Four Seasons Bangkok for an exclusive collaboration dinner inspired by one of Italy’s most beloved ingredients: Il Pomodoro.

A celebration of the tomato in all its forms, interpreted through the distinct culinary visions of two Italian chefs united by a shared passion for seasonality, craftsmanship, and exceptional produce.

For one night only, guests will enjoy an original 8-course menu created exclusively for the occasion.
