After BEP's Sustainability Workshop, many participants go home and do the same thing: they look at their kitchen bin differently.
One participant described how, before the class, she had never considered that garlic skins or corn husks could have a second life before composting. After the workshop, her entire approach shifted — what she buys, how much she prepares, and what she now refuses to discard without purpose.
This is the change BEP hopes to inspire. Not just a memorable class, but a lasting shift in how students relate to food — from the moment it enters their kitchen to the moment it leaves.
