Pedestrians and motorists pass a tangle of overhead telecommunications and broadcasting cables on Lang Suan Road in Bangkok. The Bangkok Metropolitan Administration and the Metropolitan Electricity Authority want to put utility lines on 11 roads covering 25.2 kilometres underground this year.
