Project: Chodthanawat Head Office

First and foremost, we would like to express our sincere appreciation to Chodthanawat Company for giving Niratt Design the opportunity to undertake the Interior Design for the relocation of their office to the adjacent office building located behind VOCO Hotel Surawong, which is also one of hotel and resort developments owned by Chodthanawat.

Niratt Design was involved from the early stage of selecting the most suitable floor among Levels 11, 12, and 13 (top floor). In collaboration with the project owner’s team, Level 11 was ultimately selected due to its superior ceiling height, offering the greatest spatial potential.

The design approach for this office focuses on aligning with the company’s management direction and future growth. A deep understanding of corporate culture—including corporate identity—along with the ability to adapt to modern changes, forms a key part of our design philosophy.

This project integrates our expertise in office interior design with the organization’s operational practices. By synthesizing comprehensive input from the project owner across all dimensions, we aimed to create a workplace that meets the expectations of the ownership group, management teams at all levels, and staff across departments.

Key design criteria include:
Space Flexibility, Zoning, Space and Departments Adjacency, On-line meeting rooms & multi-purposes, Co-Executive Offices, Circulation, Brand Identity, Corporate Image, Acoustic & Visual Privacy, Lighting, Material Durability, Energy Efficiency, Security & Safety Integrity, Odor Control, Storage Solutions, State-of-the-Art & Innovative Technology, and Maximizing Ceiling Height, along with Value Engineering to optimize budgeting.
