Mark For Future is a music based school, where we focus on how much music has an impact on our surroundings and educational aspect.
Book
Today we learned about reading fluency and vocabulary development through guided book activities 📖. Students practised recognising key words, answering comprehension questions, and discussing ideas confidently with classmates. They strengthened focus, organisation, and working memory while completing literacy activities. Everyone participated actively and showed excellent effort throughout the lesson. Today's winners demonstrated outstanding concentration and enthusiasm during learning tasks. 🌟
Vocal
Today, learners continued developing their performance skills by practising verse two of Bon Jovi’s It’s My Life 🎤🎶. They focused on pitch, timing, and clear diction while building confidence through repetition and group singing. The session supported executive functions such as attention control, auditory memory, coordination, and self-regulation. Students showed enthusiasm and growing musical awareness as they refined their vocal delivery 🌟🎵

MFF: International Japanese Activity Fair – Kanji ✍️
Today, the children explored the fascinating world of Japanese writing through a Kanji activity. They practised tracing and decorating a selection of Japanese characters while learning about the meanings behind each symbol. The students showed great concentration as they carefully followed the character strokes and demonstrated curiosity when discussing the different meanings. This activity provided a wonderful opportunity to introduce language, culture, and mark-making in an engaging and accessible way.
