Active Transition Coaching

Last Friday at Bangkok Coaching Circle, we welcomed Philippe Rosinski- Master Coach and world Coaching authority.
His teaching and his sharing nourished my reflections, fresh to my mind even today - and I know - which will last for long.

Professor Philippe Rosinski reminded us that diversity is definitely an asset that is worth leveraging on!
He stressed that diversity should be seen in a broader way than common stereotypes of gender, citizenship or languages. Diversity is to be sought in our unique mix of preferences for different cultural dimensions and above all in our ability to take advantage of each of them for the greater good (harmony, efficiency at work, positive relationship, wellness, leadership ...).
He explained that a cultural dimension can be found in our preferred way of communicating, responding to authority, considering time management to name a few.
Well ... Of all these inspiring teachings, one resonates even more with me today. Probably the following:
Behind a gift (in my case, as an international living and working abroad, the gift of being surrounded by a diverse Coach community coming from various backgrounds in Coaching whether life coach, executive, transformational coach, ..) a personal work to honor the gift and leverage on it to reach its full potential is needed. Thank you Philippe Rosinski for putting us back on the right track and remind us to work deeper to take our diversity to new heights. Gratitude is what comes to mind today.
More very soon then at the Bangkok Coaching Circle with a practice group to help us to lead ourselves across cultures.

Our project-driven Bangkok Coaching Circle is off to a good start in 2020!

As outlined in our Roadmap 2020, we believe more than ever that together as a coaching community we can grow deeper, inspire higher and contribute better through GREAT coaching.
To sustain our efforts and mission, we need YOU!

We are urgently recruiting the following positions:

MEMBERS LIAISON MANAGER
- Is responsible for the internal communication process to members, managing the current communication channels (Gmail account/ LINE group/Mailchimp)
- Create and maintain member's database
- Mediate needs/requests/feedback/questions from the members
- Act as a contact point for new members, helping them with onboarding process
- Facilitate cooperation and engagement among members, guest, committee member and speakers.

SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER
- Administrate the creation and publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content (for all channels (Facebook, LinkedIn and ads)
- Create a regular publishing schedule (pre and post each BCC events) and promote content through Facebook and Linkedin.
- Integrate all channels of marketing (social media, email, emailing, print and digital marketing)
- Upgrade the Website with a member's directory and interactive functionalities
- Design, implement and coordinate the “Showcase Members Campaign” for Facebook & Website

EVENTS COORDINATOR
- Coordinate BCC regular events from vision creation to finalization, including venue finding, management and coordination, ticket sales technique, communication to speaker/facilitator, feedback collection + future events growth.
- Create and oversee a regular bi-monthly calendar of events, occurring in turn Coach Café, Growth Workshop, Coachnecting events
- Co-create and oversee yearly ICW event

SECRETARY & TREASURER
The treasurer is responsible for:
- General financial oversight: purchasing, payments
- Financial planning and budgeting
- P&L report
- Fluid communication with the event coordinator and the executive committee members

The positions are open to ALL Coaches, certified or soon to be, members or soon to be of the Bangkok Coaching Circle.

We are a team a volunteer coaches and all positions are offered on a voluntary basis.

- you have a minimum of 2 hours to spare per week
- you know what it takes to volunteer and are ready for it!
