A full flavored, savory spiced pumpkin pie is concentrated into a single bite. Our pie is layered with flavors of caramelized pumpkin with black pepper and mace, confit pumpkin in butter, several months aged pumpkinseed miso, and a paste of pounded fresh culantro, mustard greens, and pumpkinseed oil. It’s crowned with a toasted meringue scented with smoked karen chilies. Eat with your hands in one bite.
