บ้านเล็ก...แต่ความสุขใหญ่กว่าที่คิด
ที่ดินเล็ก ไม่ได้แปลว่าต้องอยู่แบบอึดอัด หากออกแบบอย่างถูกวิธี ก็สามารถสร้างบ้านที่โปร่ง โล่ง เป็นส่วนตัว และอยู่สบายสำหรับทั้งครอบครัวได้

Karahashi House เมืองโอสึ จังหวัดชิงะ ประเทศญี่ปุ่น คือหนึ่งในตัวอย่างที่น่าสนใจ ด้วยพื้นที่ดินเพียง 101.62 ตร.ม. และพื้นที่ใช้สอย 101.85 ตร.ม. แต่สามารถออกแบบให้ตอบโจทย์การใช้ชีวิตของครอบครัวได้อย่างลงตัว

Small Home, Big Happiness
A small piece of land doesn't have to mean sacrificing comfort. With thoughtful architectural design, even a compact home can feel spacious, private, and perfectly suited for family living.

Karahashi House, located in Otsu City, Shiga Prefecture, Japan, is an excellent example. Built on a 101.62 sq.m. site with 101.85 sq.m. of living space, this two-story wooden house demonstrates how intelligent planning can maximize every square meter.
