In this current living situation. Adjustable space inside the living unit is very important. Because current daily usage is increased, While The old structure of the shophouse is still the same and doesn't support the modern needed. To design and renovate shophouses that can adjustable usage function inside is one of the design criteria that CAL Design kept in mind.
