Tula Developments last project was always going to be a test of the operations system, teams and process. We set up the foreign owner company, purchased the land and run our own due diligence, designed, funded in structured Interim payments, constructed, marketed, sold, on time and on budget, asking price reached(13.2m) During a testing year with this terrible Covid situation and lockdowns globally, our company achieved it’s target and exceeded our client expectations.
