Basic Requirements
---------------------
-Must possess a relevant certification in Business, IT or Marketing.
-Must have a passion for the tech industry.
-Must be proficient in handling CSM, Sales and Customer Support processes.
(Experience in B2B/B2C environments is preferred.)

Required Skills
--------------------
-Basic understanding of SaaS/Software products is required.
-Must be able to use CRM tools and Data Analytics.
-Knowledge of APIs and Cloud Services is a plus.
-Must have strong negotiation skills between clients and internal teams.
-Must be able to identify and resolve client pain points.

Working Hours
--------------------

Tuesday to Sunday
10:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Salary Range
----------------------

700,000 MMK to 1,300,000 MMK + ( Bouns ) + ( OT )

Salary may vary based on experience and skill level.
