Negative Split

For a few years now, I have been using the Coros Apex 2 Pro sports watch to my complete satisfaction. Especially the combination of all the possibilities, navigation, long battery life, reliability of the data, and the very attractive price compared to other brands with the same functions, makes Coros a favorite "piece of equipment" for my training and races.
Yessss!!!! I got him Already The Coros Dura Cycling computer.

I was immediately enthusiastic when I saw that Coros would be launching a Cycling computer, the "Coros Dura".
Also now, when I saw all the functions, in combination with maps, very long battery life with solar charging, and again with a very good price compared to other brands, I knew that this had to be my new cycling computer.

It will be on the market in Thailand around October 25, but I am so happy to receive it a little earlier. COCOROS Thailandand Prince - DoDoctor Sporthank you very much.

Krabi Triathlon,

It will be my last triathlon before the Solo Point XTRI SOLO POINT FIVE ( extreme 70.3) in Nepal. After tomorrow the focus will be on making elevation. (trail runs and cycling in the mountains)

As usual i always take some days to see the courses of the race. It"s the first triathlon in Krabi on this spot. For now, i can say, the swim is great. Yesterday i got an unexpected company of a dolphin (first i thought a shark).
The cycling course are long straight roads with rolling hills and the run is also not very flat 1 slow hill from around 1.5 km, with 2 laps of 5 km.

Looking forward to it. All the stuff is ready including my new skin suit and asics run shoes and of course my nutrition, the fruitbound bars.
