เอ-สตาร์ ภูแล วัลเลย์ เชียงราย มีความประสงค์ที่จะแจ้งให้ท่านทราบว่า เอ-สตาร์ ภูแล วัลเลย์ เชียงราย มีกำหนดปิดให้บริการชั่วคราว ตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 เมษายน - 31 ตุลาคม พ.ศ. 2563 เพื่อร่วมเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของมาตรการการควบคุมป้องกันการแพร่กระจายของโควิด-19 ตามนโยบายของภาครัฐ

สำหรับลูกค้าที่มีกำหนดเดินทางเข้าพักกับเรา ในช่วงเวลาดังกล่าว หากท่านประสงค์ที่จะเลื่อนวันเข้าพัก หรือ ยกเลิกการเข้าพัก ก็สามารถทำได้โดยไม่มีค่าธรรมเนียมใด ๆ ทั้งนี้เราจะดำเนินการคืนเงินในส่วนที่ท่านชำระมาแล้ว กลับไปยังต้นทางที่ลูกค้าชำระมา และในส่วน Hotel Gift Voucher ทางเราขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงเป็นเงินสด แต่สามารถเปลี่ยนวันเข้าพักได้โดยไม่มีค่าธรรมเนียมใด ๆ

พร้อมกันนี้เรามีการจัดแผนปรับปรุง ระหว่างการปิดดำเนินการ เพื่อเพิ่มความมั่นใจด้านสุขอนามัยให้กับแขกผู้เข้าพัก พนักงาน ผู้มาติดต่อ และผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องทั้งหมด หลังกลับมาเปิดให้บริการตามปกติอีกครั้ง

We have to inform you that we will be temporarily closure in an effort to stop the spread of COVID-19 from April 01, 2020 – October 31, 2020.

All reservations made for stay during this period will be cancelled. Guests may seek a refund or change your reservation dates as without penalty charge. The refund will be processed automatically by a concern team and will be returned to the original payment method(s) used to make the booking.

For hotel voucher(s) cannot redeem in cash but can change your reservation date as without penalty charge.

During this period, we will have facilities maintenance on the infrastructure and service areas to ensure the health and well-being of all our guests, employees, visitors and other parties when the hotels reopen
