📄 Procedures and Guidelines for the Health Checkup of First-Year Undergraduate Students for the 2026 Academic Year

The MFU Wellness Center is delighted to welcome all first-year students to our campus. To ensure a smooth, fast, and organized health screening process, please review the details and strictly follow the steps below:
1. Pre-Health Checkup Preparation (Online)
All first-year students must register for the Dietz Health Report System via LINE before your appointment. Please add the LINE ID: and proceed as follows:
1.1 Select the "Health Information" menu.
1.2 Fill out your personal information completely and accurately.
1.3 Complete the medical history questionnaire.
1.4 Verify your identity using the OTP received via SMS.

2. On-Site Requirements and Guidelines
2.1 Required Documents:
- Thai Students: National ID Card
- International Students: Passport
2.2 Dress Code: Proper university uniform or smart casual attire.
💡 Chest X-Ray Recommendations:
- Female Students: We highly recommend wearing a sports bra with no underwires, hooks, or metallic components. Please refrain from wearing necklaces or any jewelry.
- Male Students: Please do not wear necklaces or any jewelry containing metal.

3. Health Checkup Steps at the MFU Wellness Center
(The entire process takes approximately 1–2 hours)
3.1 Initial Screening, Routing Slip Collection, and Medical History Interview (Service Point, 3rd Floor)
- Weight, height, and vital signs measurement.
- Collect your routing slip and receive instructions for each checkup station.
- Preliminary health screening and medical history interview.
3.2 Expense and Service Eligibility Verification (Service Point, 3rd Floor)
3.3 Undergo Health Checkups
- Laboratory Tests: Blood draw and urine sample collection at the Service Point, 3rd Floor.
- Dental and Oral Examination at the Service Point, 3rd Floor.
- Visual Acuity Test (Only for the School of Nursing, School of Integrative Medicine and School of Health Science [Specific majors: Environmental Health, Occupational Health and Safety, Public Health]) at the Service Point, 3rd Floor.
- Chest X-ray at the Radiology Department, Health Checkup Center, 2nd Floor.
3.4 Document Verification and Return (Nursing Counter, Health Checkup Center, 2nd Floor)
Please verify the accuracy of your documents and return them to the counter before leaving.

4. Schedule and Appointment Slots
To prevent overcrowding and comply with our hourly capacity limits, please attend the screening strictly according to your assigned date, time, and section (SEC) for your respective school.
- Intensive English Students (IE & IEE Courses): Screening period is from July 6 – 24, 2026.
⚠️ Note: Students majoring in Chinese Studies, and Business Law and Chinese Language Communication will take their health screening after the semester starts.
- General Students (Not enrolled in Intensive English): Screening period is from August 3 – September 4, 2026.

💡 Notes and Amenities
*Transportation: The university provides shuttle bus services. Please refer to the MFU Medical Center shuttle schedule.
*Food & Beverages: Healthy food and drink options are available at the Healthy Dining Hall on the 7th floor (Self-payment).
*Health Reports: The MFU Wellness Center will email your health screening results within 1 month after your visit.

📄 ขั้นตอนและแนวทางการเข้ารับบริการตรวจสุขภาพ นักศึกษาใหม่ระดับปริญญาตรี ชั้นปีที่ 1 ประจำปีการศึกษา 2569

ศูนย์บริการสุขภาพ มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง (MFU Wellness Center) ยินดีต้อนรับนักศึกษาใหม่สู่รั้วมหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง
เพื่อให้การเข้ารับบริการตรวจสุขภาพเป็นไปด้วยความสะดวกรวดเร็วและเป็นระเบียบเรียบร้อย ขอให้นักศึกษาทุกคนศึกษารายละเอียดและปฏิบัติตามขั้นตอนดังต่อไปนี้

1. การเตรียมตัวล่วงหน้าก่อนเข้ารับบริการ (ระบบออนไลน์)
นักศึกษาทุกคนต้องลงทะเบียนใช้งานระบบรายงานผลตรวจสุขภาพ (Dietz) ผ่านแอปพลิเคชัน LINE ล่วงหน้า โดยเพิ่มเพื่อนที่ LINE ID: และทำตามขั้นตอนดังนี้
1.1.เลือกเมนู "ข้อมูลสุขภาพ"
1.2 กรอกข้อมูลส่วนตัวให้ครบถ้วนและถูกต้อง
1.3 ทำแบบประเมินประวัติสุขภาพ
1.4 ยืนยันตัวตนด้วยรหัส OTP ทาง SMS

2. สิ่งที่ต้องเตรียมและข้อปฏิบัติในวันเข้ารับบริการ
2.1 เอกสารสำคัญที่ต้องนำมา:
นักศึกษาไทย: บัตรประจำตัวประชาชนตัวจริง
นักศึกษาต่างชาติ: หนังสือเดินทาง (Passport) ตัวจริง
2.2 การแต่งกาย: สวมชุดนักศึกษา หรือชุดสุภาพถูกระเบียบ
ข้อแนะนำสำหรับการเอกซเรย์ทรวงอก (Chest X-ray):
นักศึกษาหญิง: แนะนำให้สวมสปอร์ตบรา (Sport Bra) ที่ไม่มีโครงเหล็ก ไม่มีตะขอ และไม่มีส่วนประกอบของโลหะ พร้อมทั้งงดสวมสร้อยคอหรือเครื่องประดับทุกชนิด
นักศึกษาชาย: งดสวมสร้อยคอหรือเครื่องประดับที่มีส่วนประกอบของโลหะทุกชนิด

3. ขั้นตอนการเข้ารับบริการตรวจสุขภาพ ณ อาคาร MFU Wellness Center
(ระยะเวลาในการตรวจสุขภาพรวมประมาณ 1 – 2 ชั่วโมง)
3.1 ตรวจวัดร่างกายเบื้องต้น รับใบนำทาง และซักประวัติ
- ชั่งน้ำหนัก วัดส่วนสูง และวัดสัญญาณชีพ
- รับใบนำทาง พร้อมรับคำแนะนำในการเดินตรวจตามจุดต่างๆ
- คัดกรองและซักประวัติสุขภาพเบื้องต้น
3.2 การตรวจสอบสิทธิ
- ตรวจสอบรายการค่าใช้จ่าย และสิทธิการเข้ารับบริการ
3.3 เข้ารับการตรวจสุขภาพตามสถานี
- ตรวจทางห้องปฏิบัติการ: เจาะเลือด และเก็บตัวอย่างปัสสาวะ
- ตรวจสุขภาพช่องปากและฟัน
- ตรวจสายตา (*เฉพาะนักศึกษาสำนักวิชาพยาบาลศาสตร์, สำนักวิชาการแพทย์บูรณาการ และสำนักวิชาวิทยาศาสตร์สุขภาพ บางสาขาวิชา ได้แก่ อนามัยสิ่งแวดล้อม, อาชีวอนามัยและความปลอดภัย, สาธารณสุข)
เท่านั้น*)
- เอกซเรย์ทรวงอก (Chest X-ray) ณ งานรังสีวิทยา ศูนย์ตรวจสุขภาพ
3.4 ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของเอกสารทั้งหมด และส่งคืนเอกสาร ณ เคาน์เตอร์พยาบาล ให้เรียบร้อยก่อนเดินทางกลับ

4. กำหนดการและช่วงเวลาเข้ารับบริการ
ขอให้นักศึกษาเข้ารับการตรวจสุขภาพตรงตามวัน เวลา และกลุ่มเรียน (SEC) ของตนเองที่กำหนดไว้ในแต่ละสำนักวิชาเท่านั้น (เนื่องจากระบบจำกัดจำนวนผู้เข้าตรวจเป็นรายชั่วโมง)
- กลุ่มนักศึกษา Intensive English (รายวิชา IE และ IEE): เข้ารับการตรวจระหว่างวันที่ 6 – 24 กรกฎาคม 2569
⚠️ นักศึกษาสาขาวิชาจีนศึกษา และสาขาวิชากฎหมายธุรกิจและการสื่อสารภาษาจีน ให้เข้ารับการตรวจสุขภาพในช่วงเปิดภาคเรียน
- กลุ่มนักศึกษาทั่วไป (ไม่ได้เรียน Intensive English): เข้ารับการตรวจระหว่างวันที่ 3 สิงหาคม – 4 กันยายน 2569

💡 หมายเหตุและบริการอำนวยความสะดวก
- การเดินทาง: มหาวิทยาลัยมีบริการรถรับ–ส่งนักศึกษา ตามตารางการเดินรถของศูนย์การแพทย์ มฟล.
- อาหารและเครื่องดื่ม: ศูนย์บริการสุขภาพฯ จัดเตรียมจุดบริการจำหน่ายอาหารและเครื่องดื่มเพื่อสุขภาพไว้รองรับ ณ ห้องอาหารเพื่อสุขภาพ ชั้น 7 (ชำระเงินเอง)
- การรายงานผล: ศูนย์บริการสุขภาพฯ จะจัดส่งผลการตรวจสุขภาพให้แก่นักศึกษาผ่านทาง E-mail ภายใน 1 เดือน หลังเข้ารับบริการ

🚨 ขอความร่วมมือนักศึกษาใหม่ ระดับปริญญาตรี ชั้นปีที่ 1 ประจำปีการศึกษา 2569 ทุกท่าน ดำเนินการลงทะเบียนใช้งานระบบให้เสร็จสิ้นก่อนมารับการตรวจสุขภาพ โดยสามารถตรวจสอบผลตรวจและดูแลสุขภาพของตนเองได้ง่ายๆ ผ่านระบบรายงานผลตรวจสุขภาพ (Dietz) บน Line Official Account ของ MFU Wellness Center ตาม 3 ขั้นตอน ดังนี้

ขั้นตอนที่ 2: ลงทะเบียนใช้งานครั้งแรก

• กรอกข้อมูลส่วนตัว
• ทำแบบประเมินประวัติสุขภาพ
• ยืนยันตัวตนด้วยรหัส OTP ที่ส่งไปยัง SMS ของท่าน

ขั้นตอนที่ 3: เข้าสู่ระบบตรวจสอบผลตรวจสุขภาพ
กรอกเลขประจำตัวประชาชน และวัน/เดือน/ปีเกิด เพื่อเข้าใช้งาน โดยภายในระบบจะมี 3 ฟังก์ชันหลัก ได้แก่

💡 เมนูคำแนะนำของคุณ: รับคำแนะนำในการดูแลสุขภาพจากแพทย์

The MFU Wellness Center would like to announce the dates and times for the mandatory health check-ups for all incoming first-year undergraduate students for the 2026 academic year. Details are as follows:

Students Enrolled in Intensive English (IE and IEE Courses):
🗓️ Dates: July 6 – 24, 2026
⚠️ Important Note: Students must attend the health check-up only on the specific date, time, and section (SEC) designated in this announcement. (Sessions are scheduled hourly from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with a lunch break from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM).

Students NOT Enrolled in Intensive English:
