Kanoomjeen Nam Ngiao
(Boiled Rice Noodles in Spicy Pork Curry Soup)
is my dinner this evening!

Kanoomjeen is Boiled Rice Noodles.
Nam Ngiao is Spicy Pork Curry Soup that includes red cotton flowers, pieces of tomatoes, boiled dived chicken clot, minced pork and, or fish and red curry (special formula.) Cook the soup step by step. After finish the soup, prepare the noodles in the bowl and put the soup in until the noodles dip. Garnish with sliced spring onions and coriander, fried garlic and seasoning with fried chilly paste, sugar, lime juice, fish sauce, black soil sauce and then put the beansprouts, sliced cabbages, pickled Chinese cabbages, string beans shoots and crispy pork! ENJOY!
