This specialty coffee is made through a unique
fermentation process using whole coffee cherries
that pass through careful selection process and
fermentation in anaerobic containers then
dry out as Natural Process which create result
of a sweet and aromatic coffee with
flavors reminiscent of dried bananas and
ripe fruits. It bears resemblance to
alcoholic beverages and leaves a lingering
sweetness reminiscent of dark chocolate.
