ในวันนี้เมื่อ 22 ปีก่อน (พ.ศ. 2546)
PMC ได้รับจดทะเบียนอย่างเป็นทางการ
เราเริ่มต้นจากสำนักงานเล็ก ๆ ด้วยความตั้งใจเดียวกันว่า “จะทำงานออกแบบให้ดี และให้ลูกค้าไว้วางใจได้เสมอ“ 22 ปีผ่านไป เราเติบโตไปพร้อมกับเมือง พัฒนาความรู้ เพิ่มทีมงาน สร้างระบบให้แข็งแรง และพยายามทำงานให้ลึกขึ้น มีความหมายมากยิ่งขึ้นในทุกโครงการ

On this day, 22 years ago (2003), PMC was officially established.
We began as a small studio with a shared commitment: to design with integrity and earn lasting trust from every client.

Over the past 22 years, we have grown with the city—expanding our knowledge, building our team, strengthening our systems, and striving to work with greater depth and meaning in every project.

We are grateful to our clients, collaborators, team members, and partners who have walked this journey with us.
PMC remains a small practice by choice, and we still stand by our ethos:

Mass Model: หัวใจของการออกแบบตรวจสอบงานออกแบบ
ที่ PMC แบบจำลอง (Mass Model) คือเครื่องมือสำคัญที่ใช้ในการพัฒนาแนวคิดและวางกลยุทธ์เชิงสถาปัตยกรรม เราใช้ mass model ตั้งแต่ระยะต้นของการออกแบบ เพื่อให้ทีมสามารถมองเห็นมวลอาคาร สัดส่วน และความสัมพันธ์เชิงปริภูมิได้อย่างเป็นรูปธรรม ช่วยให้เข้าใจทิศทางการวางอาคาร การไหลเวียนของผู้คน พื้นที่ว่าง และการตอบสนองต่อบริบทโดยรอบ

Mass Model: The Core of Design Thinking at PMC
At PMC, we see the mass model as more than just a tool—it’s the foundation of spatial thinking and strategic design. From the earliest conceptual phases, we use massing studies to explore building form, scale, proportion, and the spatial relationships between program, voids, and circulation. It helps our design team grasp how the architecture fits within its site—responding to sun, wind, views, and the surrounding urban or natural context.

Beyond internal use, the mass model is a clear and compelling way to communicate with clients and stakeholders. It transforms abstract ideas into physical form, allowing everyone to understand the overall vision and engage in shaping it. We often use it to test and compare multiple design options, guiding informed decisions before moving into detailed development.

Importantly, a good mass model sets the stage for deeper technical investigations—such as solar studies, ventilation strategies, rain protection, and energy performance analysis. For us at PMC, the mass model isn’t just a design aid—it’s a strategic, hands-on thinking tool that grounds creativity in reality and helps us design spaces that are thoughtful, efficient, and beautifully resolved.
