Proud of these little tipples we created for W Hotel (Woobar) Koh Samui. It was fun to challenge myself again and create cocktails that embody what’s indigenous to the island as well as recognizing the benefits of being eco friendly. 3 cocktails, 1 focused on sustainability, 1 zero-waste (the most challenging) and one based on foraging, foraging on Koh Samui is super fun once you realize just how much opportunity there is for it.
