The instructor training includes a unique combination of hands on learning, self growth
and development, and tools and information based on cutting edge breathwork and cold therapy science. The training is an opportunity to face your fears and challenge your mind and body.

You will learn how to use breathwork and cold therapy to train the mind and practice being okay in discomfort. I guide you through the entire process. And then give you the confidence and tools to guide others.

Learn how to make the ice bath a breathing meditation. Become proficient in practicing and teaching a variety of breathwork techniques—breath holds, conscious connected breathwork, extended exhale, 4-7-8, box and rectangle breathing. Understand the science behind the benefits of both cold therapy and breathwork.
