Step one is done: site clearing and vegetation removal are complete, and the land is now ready for the next phase. 🌴

Next up, we're drilling a deep well : giving the villas a reliable, independent water supply, which counts for a lot here on Koh Samui.

And a detail we're proud of: all the electricity will run underground. No poles, no overhead cables around the villas, just clean lines, open skies, and the uncluttered feel a beachside home should have. ✨
