Today i asked grok to randomly generate me a 'context image' for a haiku practice. This leaf landing on the surface of the water. From this image you can gather; seasons changing (summer/fall), a riverbank in deep forest, early morning setting.
I wrote from the perspective as if i were sitting on the bank of this river watching this leaf fall from the tree and then float away on the current. The same practice i use with my thoughts. I watch the thoughts land on the surface of my mind allowing for them to float away.

I wanted to share some about my recent holiday. Our family is from Northern Thailand, SukhoThai region. This region is an area STEEPED in history from the Old Kingdom of Thailand. Jess, Ananda, and I took a cart tour through this ancient temple/palace complex. Here are some of my favorite pictures that i caught.
