Italian food doesn’t need to be complicated to be unforgettable 🇮🇹

Our Linguine Vongole is proof of that. Fresh salty little clams. Plenty of garlic. A splash (or two) of white wine. Good quality olive oil. A sprinkle of fresh parsley. Homemade pasta. That’s pretty much it.

No unnecessary extras. Just simple ingredients, cooked with passion, allowing every flavour to do exactly what it’s supposed to. That’s the beauty of real Italian cooking. Buon appetito 🤌
