Assistant Professor Bhoom Suktitipat gave a talk and was a panelist at Mahidol AI Talk #1. We had an intensive discussion on AI for Genomics and opened doors for further collaborations among the audiences.

We are hiring! Postdocs & multiple RAs wanted.

What do we do:

We aim to decipher the complex mechanism of human disease and human biology. We are currently for postdoctoral fellows and research assistants (multiple positions) to explore the application of machine learning and artificial intelligence to investiagate the complexity of human immune response and the interaction with host genetic factors for Covid19 infection. You will work with single-cell sequencing data, whole-genome genotyping data, and additional chances to work with other high-throughput omics data.

Who should apply:

- People with a PhD/MS/BS degree in statistics, biostatistics, computer science, epidemiology, genetics, computational biology or related fields. - Experience in genetics is not required but is a plus to have.
- Preferably with experience in machine learning, deep learning, statistical genetics should apply.
- Enthusiastic researchers/learners hoping the change the world, make it a better place with more healthier population.
- Work well with a team and independently.
