That’s how Nutnaree Ruksachob Smith describes her journey at BFITS Thailand. Since joining BFITS in 2023, her time here may not measure long in years—but it has been rich in experience, learning, and real growth.

Along the way, she discovered something powerful: age is never the limit. Willingness is.

When BFITS trusted her with the role of Operations Manager at a young age, it wasn’t just a title—it was an opportunity. An opportunity to make decisions, take ownership, and grow through action rather than observation.

Through real challenges and real responsibilities, Nut learned that leadership isn’t about authority—it’s about showing up, supporting others, and leading by example. She lives by a simple belief: “Understanding is earned through actions, not by standing on the sidelines.”
