Time for recommend the yellow bourbon from Khun Lao village in chaing rai.
This year, we exciting to bring the natural anaerobic 72 hr. process from P'jaroon's farm again but this coffee is produced by N'beam (as daugter of P'jaroon) she picked up only yellow cherry and study this process by herself.
This coffee is extremly sweetness of honey with notes like coffee blossom, red tea and juicy.

กลับมาอีกครั้งปีนี้เราได้กาแฟมาจากไร่พี่จรูณ ซึ่งปีนี้พิเศษมากๆ เป็นการทำprocess โดยน้องบีม (ลูกสาวพี่จรูน) โดยเริ่มต้นจากการเก็บเกี่ยวที่คัดเลือกเฉพาะ เมล็ดสีเหลืองสุกจากต้นกาแฟเท่านั้น ล้างมห้สะอาด และนำไปทำกระบวนการหมักในที่ร่ม 72 ชม.
