Business Partners v.s. Landlordship & Tenantship

ส่วนของตึกในพร้อมพงษ์ บนสุขุมวิท ๓๙ กทม. ได้ถูกผู้เช่า ๒ รายนำไปใช้เป็นสถานประกอบการได้แก่ ร้านออกแบบทรงผมเดียร์ และ ร้านล็อฟตี้แบมบูตั้งแต่ปี ๒๕๕๕ และ ๒๕๕๙ ตามลำดับ
The building unit in Prompong, Sukhumvit 39 Bangkok has been used for business by two tenants i.e. DEAR Hair Design and Lofty Bamboo since 2012 and 2016 respectively.

โตโมะ ซังเป็นนักออกแบบทรงผมชาวญี่ปุ่นที่ลือชื่อและเป็นเจ้าของร้านเดียร์ได้มาอยู่กับผมตั้งแต่ปี ๒๕๕๕ และเวลานี้ยังอยู่กับสัญญเช่าอาคารสมัยที่ ๖ จนถึงปี ๒๕๗๑ ซึ่งจะครบปีที่ ๑๖ ที่ใช้สถานที่นี้มา สตูดิโอของร้านเดียร์อยู่ชั้นล่างบนพื้นที่ ๑๒๐ ตารางเมตร
Tomo san, the renown Japanese hair designer and the owner of DEAR has continuously been with me since 2012 and now is his 6th term of Lease Agreement. He will complete a 16 years building lease in 2028. DEAR’s studio is on the ground floor with 120 square meters.

โตชิ ซังเป็นเจ้าของล็อบตี้แบมบู ร้านที่มีชื่อรู้จักกันดีของคนชาวญี่ปุ่นในเมืองไทยขายเสื้อผ้าสวยมีแบบฉบับเป็นของตัวเอง, กระเป๋าและของใช้อื่นต่าง ๆ ที่น่ารัก โตชิ ซังอยู่บนชั้น ๒, ๓ และ ๔ ของอาคารพื้นที่รวม ๓๕๐ ตารางเมตร อยู่มาตั้งแต่ปี ๒๕๕๙ สัญญาเช่าอาคารฉบับใหม่นี้เป็นสมัยที่ ๕ จะเริ่มขึ้นในกุมภาพันธ์ ๒๕๖๘ จนถึง ๒๕๗๒ อยู่กับผมมา ๑๓ ปี
Toshi san, the owner of Lofty Bamboo, the well-known beautiful and easy unique lifestyle dressings, bags and many other itty bitty cuties for Japanese expats in Thailand. Toshi san has been using 2nd, 3rd and 4th floor with area around 350 square meters in the building since 2016. From February 2026, he will start the 5th term of Lease Agreement until 2029 to complete his 13 years of renting.

กาลเวลาพิสูจน์ความเป็นเจ้าของกับความเป็นผู้เช่าให้เป็นความเป็นหุ้นส่วนทางการค้า แต่เวลานี้ได้กลับกลายเป็น “มิตรภาพ” ไปแล้ว
Time has proven the Landlordship and Tenantship to be Business Partnership but now it becomes “Friendship”.
