Roasted Duck Breast with honey-spice sauce, gratin dauphinois & glazed vegetables

Pan-Seared Sea Bass with celery root purée, asparagus & lemon-butter sauce

Grilled Beef Ribeye with seasonal vegetables and your choice of sauce
