MONA has been entrusted with the opportunity to design and curate a collection of private residential buildings set within a serene 19-rai estate—a sanctuary crafted for both relaxation and collaborative work with an extended staff team. This architectural ensemble showcases a harmonious blend of functions and lifestyles, thoughtfully arranged to support diverse daily activities.

Inspired by the simplicity of rural living, the design reflects the essence of countryside culture seamlessly intertwined with agricultural and livestock practices. Located in Khon Kaen, this project presents a truly captivating vision—where contemporary comfort meets the timeless rhythm of nature and traditional livelihoods.
