It is never easy to start off from scratch because I have been there & understand the courage it takes to take the initial step but I am glad Randy has decided to take up my advise and execute on his own business. Randy has been working with me for quite a while helping me with our office cleaning jobs and decided that he wanted to start up his own cleaning business and wanted my help doing so. He has always been one of the hardest worker and I knew that he could easily execute on his own business if he focused on that.

I have been helping him from the start to:
- Register the business
- Designed the logo
- Came up with his brand and marketing strategy which we will be implementing in the few weeks ahead to generate cleaning leads.
- Designed a website: rhcleaning.com.au
- Implement Google paid advetising - first week of January

It will be tough to lose such a strong personality as Randy but I want to make sure that he succeeds during his transition to a business owner and will make sure that he has an influx of cleaning leads heading his way. Wish you all the best.

We spend so much time trying to find the perfect answer. The truth is there is no right answer. What works for you doesn’t work for me. What makes you happy doesn’t make me happy. Your dreams are not mine. You are your own self and you should focus about being the best version of yourself.

Find out something that makes you happy and focus on that. Understand that having a zillion dollars is not going to make you happy if you are not already happy. You will just be your miserable self with a zillion dollars. I know a lot of people who has more money than they need and do drugs because they always try to escape the reality. They are not truly fulfilled or happy with their lives.

Every influencer, business man will try to advise you about what’s best for you but the truth is that there is no right answer and you need to do what makes you happy and that is the only thing that matters.

If you are happy with:
- Working for a company that you look forward to go to every morning
- Working part-time at a job and come home to play PS4
- Running a business as a sole trader
- Running a business where you have 10, 30, 50, 100s of staff

Whatever makes you happy, focus on that. Don’t try to compare your life with others when you are already happy. There is no ONE right answer and that’s what make our lives beautiful. I wish you nothing but your own version of happiness

If you do not admit that you have a problem, how can you fix it? The first step in fixing a problem is to acknowledge that there is one. The longer you ignore the problem, the severe the problem becomes.

In business, whenever you see a problem, acknowledge that it is a problem and find a solution for that. If you don’t think it is a problem and blame it on someone else, you are just making it worse.
- Regular complaints from the same customer
- Cleaners not spending the allocated time for a job
- Invoicing not occurring on time
- Invoices not being paid on time

These are some of the problems that we face in business. If this continues to happen, acknowledge that you are doing something wrong and:
- Communicate with your clients regarding complaints and understand what are thet cleaning tasks that are being missed. Find solutions so that the complaints are dealt with asap
- Setup GPS tracking to ensure that the cleaners are spending the allocated time at a job
- Hire someone or a company to take care of your invoicing
- Chase the clients for payments as much as possible or hire a debt collection agency

Once you identify that there are problems, you will find solutions soon. Stop ignoring the problems and let it become a bigger issue.

Acknowledge it, fix it and move on to fixing the next problem!
