Kung Fu Academic

This weekend I competed at the AFG Open International and got silver 🥈
My preparation this week was catching a stomach flu and not even touching the mats for the whole week. Seems that may be the way to go 😁🤷‍♀️

Im very happy I competed. After months of mma fights falling through I needed to do this for my soul.

My game plan was to have fun and I had such a good time! Three fights, 2:1.
