Number 1 Advisory Service Co Ltd ( NIAS)is a wholly owned subsidiary of Samui Boat Lagoon Property Co Ltd (SBL) one of the longest established commercial property development companies on Koh Samui and owner of two luxury pool villa resorts on the island.

Neung is educated in Thailand and UK and holds an MBA in Business Studies awarded by Bournemouth University UK. She has 20 years business experience in UK and Thailand, the last 12 years on Samui.

Joakim is educated in UK and Sweden and holds a BA(HONS) Degree in European Business Management awarded by Newcastle University, UK and Lund University, Sweden. He has 14 years business experience in UK and Thailand, the last 10 years in Thailand. He is based in Bangkok and visits Samui regularly.

John has several professional qualifications in Insurance, Accounting and Finance. He has 50 years business experience in UK, Europe, Africa and Thailand, the last 15 years on Samui.
Collectively they have unique knowledge and experience of business on Samui as well as an unrivalled network of business contacts.
