BREAKING: The cabinet has agreed in theory to a long stay visa called Special Tourist Visa which will cost ฿2,000 for the first 90 days. Can be extended twice more for ฿2,000 each time. Maximum stay 9 months. Foreigners must agree to do 14-day quarantine in a hotel or hospital first.
