Cyber Division is pleased to announce a new addition to Sousse's headquarters team. We are delighted to have Takwa Ben Rekaya as our new UI/UX Designer, and flutter developer Intern.

Described as a creative, curious, and proactive individual, Takwa thrives on pushing boundaries and achieving success. With a strong sense of self-identity, she believes her work is an extension of her innermost being. She takes pride in her ability to translate her vision and implement creativity with technology.

As a dedicated UI/UX designer, Takwa faces complex challenges on a daily basis, relying on her creativity and determination to overcome obstacles and produce exceptional results.

Now, she looks forward to expanding her skill set and taking on new professional challenges as a part of the innovative team at Cyber Division.

We interviewed our esteemed team member, Hana, to gather her valuable insights and perspectives regarding her experience after one month of joining Cyber Division.

How are the new job and our company lining up to your initial expectations?

The team I’m working with is highly skilled, supportive, and lovely. The projects I am working on are challenging and stimulating. The company’s positive and inclusive culture emphasizes professional development and growth. I’m grateful for the opportunity to be a part of this team. Overall, I am very satisfied with my decision to join this company.

My impression of the company has been overwhelmingly positive since I first interviewed for the position. It is exactly how I imagined it to be.

How do you feel within your team?

I am very happy with my team. It has a great spirit; everyone is supportive and works well together. The team members are like a family to me, which makes me motivated and energized.

Does this new role provide you with a good work-life balance?

Yes, this new role provides me with a good work-life balance. The company’s culture and values encourage balance, the schedule is flexible, and the workload is manageable. I’m very satisfied with the balance this role offers.
