K22 ile yapılan kalıplar tamamen inorganiktir ve bu nedenle depolama ve döküm işlemi sırasında sadece su buharı yayar. Geleneksel soğuk kutu bağlayıcılarının ulaştığı mukavemette bir bağlayıcıdır. Herhangi bir VOC (uçucu organik bileşik) içermez. Sistem zararlı döküm elementleri (azot, kükürt, fosfor vs) içermez. K22 Dökümlerdeki termal çatlaklar, damarlar ve gözenek kusurlarını azaltan iyi bir termoplastisiteye sahiptir. Operasyon süreci sırasında zararlı ve tahriş edici kokular oluşmaz ve çalışma ortamını büyük ölçüde iyileştirilir.
K22 ile üretilen k*m karışımları birkaç saatlik tezgah ömrü sağlar. Bağlayıcı sisteminin yüksek reaktivitesi sayesinde toplam üretim döngüleri geleneksel organik bağlayıcı sistemlerine karşılık gelecek şekilde ayarlanabilir. Çözücülerin olmaması nedeniyle, K22 ile yapılan kalıplar yapımından hemen sonra dökülebilir veya kontrollü koşullar altında uzun süre saklanabilir.

K22 molds are completely inorganic and therefore emit only water v***r during storage and casting. It is a binder with the strength reached by traditional cold box binders. It does not contain any VOC (volatile organic compounds). The system does not contain harmful casting elements (nitrogen, sulfur, phosphorus, etc.). K22 has a good thermoplasticity that reduces thermal cracks, veins and pore defects in castings. No harmful and irritating odors are formed during the operation process and the working environment is greatly improved.
Sand mixes produced with K22 provide bench life of several hours. Due to the high reactivity of the binder system, total production cycles can be adjusted to correspond to traditional organic binder systems. Due to the absence of solvents, molds made with K22 can be cast immediately after production or stored for long periods under controlled conditions.
