Mr. Fahed Fawal is Vice President of Privacy & Cyber Risk Advisory at Lockton MENA based out of Dubai. He leads the firm’s Privacy and Cyber Risk Advisory practice in the region, supporting clients in mitigating cyber threats, improving security posture, and aligning risk management strategies with the fast-changing cyber insurance market.
Before joining Lockton, Fahed served as Cyber Risk Advisor at AIG in both Paris and Dubai, where he led cyber insurance technical advisory for major markets including France, Belgium, and the GCC/North Africa. In these roles, he partnered directly with CISOs of leading organizations, provided in-depth technical assessments for large insurance programs, and developed insights on ransomware threat actors, incident response, and emerging security technologies. His work directly influenced underwriting strategies and clients’ long-term cyber resilience.
Fahed holds an Engineering Degree in IT Security from Telecom ParisTech (Paris), along with a Master’s and Bachelor’s in Computer Science from Saint-Joseph University (Beirut).
