GRC malzemesi, dayanıklılığı ve hava koşullarına karşı direnci nedeniyle kaplama için de güvenilmiştir.

This project is one of the most residential projects that highlights the characteristics of (Neoclassicism) style.
We can see that in the ornate crown, the cornices, the simple facade, in addition to the wrought metal on the balconies illuminated by a distinctive hidden lighting method.
The GRC material has also been relied for covering and cladding because of its durability and resistance to weathering.

يُعد هذا المشروع من أبرز المشاريع السكنية التي توضح سمات العمارة (النيوكلاسيك).
يكمن ذلك في التاج المزخرف، الكورنيشات، الواجهة البسيطة بالإضافة للحديد المشغول على الشرفات المنارة بطريقة الإنارة المخفية المميزة.
كما تم الاعتماد على مادة GRC في الإكساء و التغطية لمتانتها ولكونها مقاومة للعوامل الجوية.
