We are looking for qualified Business Development Manager, to extend our global reach through expert cultivation of new, untapped business opportunities and relationships.

Responsibilities:

- Foster and develop relationships with partners - work with incoming requests from partners
- Research and identify new business opportunities globally - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, and services
- Draw up partnernership contracts and commercial offers
- Organizing and conducting negotiations, presentations and training for the partners
- Monitor and evaluate industry trends - active participation in the modernization of products

Required skills and qualifications:

- Experience in real estate in Turkiye
- Successful track record in B2B sales and negotiation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Russian
