Agnes Waruguru’s solo exhibition “It Sounds Like Rain is Coming” can be visited at SANATORIUM until May 16. Waruguru transforms traditional materials into carriers of memory, ritual, and collective knowledge. Each piece embodies gestures passed through generations, where domestic and familial practices become amplified into symbolic worlds.

Agnes Waruguru’nun “Yağmur Yağacak “Gibi başlıklı kişisel sergisi 16 Mayıs’a kadar SANATORIUM’da ziyaret edilebilir. Kumaş, dokuma ve kâğıt üzerine karışık tekniklerle çalışan Waruguru, geleneksel malzemeleri hafıza, ritüel ve kolektif bilginin taşıyıcılarına dönüştürür. Her çalışma, kuşaktan kuşağa aktarılan jestleri barındırır; ev içi ve ailevi pratikler sembolik dünyalar halinde genişler.

Erol Eskici’s solo exhibition “Fields of Encounter” is opening .gallery Düsseldorf in collaboration with SANATORIUM on Saturday, April 25, at 6 PM. The exhibition brings together new paintings and works on paper of the artist, who explores abstract forms inspired by natural and vegetal structures, inviting reflection on our fragile relationship with the living world and the subtle interconnections that shape it. You can visit Çağla Köseoğulları’s solo show “Seeping Into the Horizon” New York until May 8. Works made with blue ink spread across the paper through stains, dispersions, and layered movements, establishing a surface that explores the thresholds where forms emerge and dissolve. Color functions less as a means of depiction than as a condition, an environment in which images slowly appear and fade; the horizon emerges here like an object of desire that continually recedes and can never be fully grasped.
