Van Leer Vakfı desteğiyle, Kent95 Programı kapsamında Zaha Cultural Center işbirliğinde geliştirilen Aqaba Parkı projesi geçtiğimiz günlerde hayata geçti.

Açık havada oyun, bebekler ve küçük çocuklar için fiziksel, bilişsel ve sosyal gelişimi desteklerken, bakım verenlerle olan bağı da güçlendirir.

Aqaba Parkı’nda oyunla büyümeyi destekleyen alanlar tasarlandı:
⛰️ Dağ – Kaydıraklı tepeler, hareketi bir maceraya dönüştürerek güç ve özgüven kazandırıyor.
🏜️ Çöl – K*m havuzları, tekneler ve oyun evleri hayal gücünü ve sosyal etkileşimi teşvik ediyor.
🌳 Orman – Duyusal keşfi teşvik eden gölgeli ve sakin bir alan.

The Aqaba Park project was recently completed with the support of the Van Leer Foundation, as part of the Urban95 Program, in collaboration with the Zaha Cultural Center.

Outdoor play supports the physical, cognitive, and social development of babies and toddlers, while also strengthening their bonds with caregivers.

In Aqaba Park, we designed spaces that support growing through play:
⛰️ Mountain – Hills with slides turn movement into adventure, helping build strength and confidence.
🏜️ Desert – Sand pools, boats, and playhouses spark imagination and encourage social interaction.
🌳 Forest – A shaded, calm space that invites sensory exploration.
