However, when she migrates to England, her spiritual gifts are misunderstood as signs of mental illness, and she is confined to a psychiatric hospital. Years later, Adamine recounts her life to a young writer known as "Mr. Writer Man," but she soon realizes that the truth of her story is being shaped and challenged by someone else's perspective.
