I’ve been doing photography for over 10 years, I’ve always tried to make it my happiness, and I am happiest honestly when I’m shooting, but I don’t think we mention enough the struggles in it, the pressure to create, to out do yourself, to keep pushing forward through critiques from yourself and others.

the need to constantly grow and validate yourself when you look out into the world, it’s difficult, but I can’t give it up, even when there’s days I want to, when the passion isn’t always enough but there’s a job to do.

Sometimes it’s good to just sit back, look at how far I’ve come, all the time that’s passed, all the struggles I did overcome and remind myself that I can still get through the ones I have now and how I’ve grown for it. The friends and connections I’ve made in this industry.

I don’t think I’d ever trade it for anything else, I look back and can truly say I do love photography .
