To deadlift or not to deadlift?
I always have to ask myself this. It’s not my favorite exercise but today I wanted to test my strength.

Did a lot of sets…. maybe too much. Nevertheless the lifts felt good since it’s been a while.

That last pull was going really well but as you can see my grip decided otherwise. *GRIP STRENGTH IS IMPORTANT*
So that was a max at: 375lbs
