• Tenants have common big living room, kitchen area, and laundry balcony for use.

• Fully furnished, TV, Sofa, Fridge, basic kitchen utensils, ready for move in right away.

• Rent includes internet WIFI, cable TV and building management fee. Tenants splits utility bills equally.

• House rules: Each room tenants must share minimum once a week to take out common area trash and cleaning. Kitchen must be clean after each using. Family resident building, No partied, pets or smoking allowed.

2024 Fall semester is definitely one crazy semester, with the strongest ever typhoon Krathon hitting Kaohsiung just few weeks after our tenants moving in, while most of our students coming from Europe have absolutely no idea what typhoon feels like. Roof trees everything flying falling, Central Park becomes Jurassic World. Luckily all our tenants were very calm and no one got hurt.
