The below pics show an example of the Forced convection analysis of a thermal module. This kind of thermal modules are used in server to cooling high-powered cpu.
The analysis includes the temperature of each components, and speed, pressure and temperature of the flowing air.

Hello colleagues, it's been a while since the last time I posted something.

This time I'd like to show you a representation of a Heat sink (or thermal module). This kind of heat sink is used in servers, which commonly them CPU can get power from 300 W to higher than 1000 W.

This thermal module is equipped with seven heat pipes, which can transfer the heat from the copper block, which is in contact with the heat source, to the stacked fins. Finally, the heat on the fins is dissipated for the air, which is flowing through the system.
