The Hyrox fitness race is a global athletic competition combining running with functional fitness exercises. Participants tackle an 8-kilometer run interspersed with eight different workout stations, testing their strength, endurance, and agility. The race, designed for athletes of all levels, promotes a high-intensity, diverse training regimen and fosters a competitive yet inclusive community.
