A big thanks to all the astronauts, industry friends, and cocktail lovers who’ve come aboard our interstellar space.

Since the beginning of our journey in December 2019, we‘ve faced many challenges, including the pandemic. Yet, we’ve finally reached another milestone in this vast universe. We will continue to grow, to flow, and to explore endlessly within the boundless galaxy of cocktails.

追求太空風格雞尾酒的我們，感謝每一位蒞臨這個場域的太空人們、業界朋友與各種雞尾酒愛好者，從2019年12月正式開始的旅程，在歷經了疫情等等的關卡後，終於抵達了宇宙的另一個里程碑，我們將持續進步、持續流動，在浩瀚的雞尾酒銀河裡持續漫遊。

A space-inspired tea cocktail made with vacuum-concentrated tea to remove bitterness and color, blended with tropical passion fruit and sparkling fizz for a fermented feel, finished with a hint of nutty toasted rice.
太空最經典的茶調酒，透過減壓濃縮去除了茶類尾韻帶有的單寧、苦味以及顏色，搭配熱帶的百香果與二氧化碳仿製發酵果飲的氣泡感，最後再補入爆米香的堅果風味，清爽也層次分明。

This is our space-inspired take on the Bloody Mary—fruitier, with fresh strawberries balancing the spice. A hint of wasabi adds depth of the drink. Paired with rich, fatty salami, it’s one of our most popular cocktails.
這是血腥瑪麗的太空版本，讓原本番茄冷湯調性的經典酒譜更具有果香，新鮮的草莓也與辣味元素相得益彰，尤其時淡雅辛口的芥末讓後味無窮，再搭配富有油脂感的臘腸，是我們最受歡迎的雞尾酒之一。
