我們將Entrée悉心升級,獻上節慶專屬的極致華美——
鮮活玫瑰龍蝦以香料奶油熟成後,刷上特製玫瑰骨魚醬碳烤,甲殼香氣、鮮甜海味與馥郁辛香相互輝映,綻放節慶般的明亮層次與奢華氣息。

Rooted in the richness of our autumn menu, the festive Tasting Menu unfolds into a dazzling celebration of the holiday season🎊
For Christmas and New Year’s Eve, the entrée is elevated to a celebratory centerpiece.
Fresh, live red rock lobster, matured in spiced butter, then charcoal-grilled and brushed with our house-made rose fishbone sauce.
The interplay of shell aroma, ocean sweetness, and warm spices creates a vibrant, luxurious expression, perfect for the season.
The main course features a beloved signature dish from our seasonal menu—tender venison fillet, gently charcoal-grilled to seal in its natural sweetness and smoky aroma, served with demi-glace and fermented pumpkin purée for a delicate and harmonious balance of flavors.

Longtail 從 2017 年7月21日開幕,到今天正好 3056 天。
這段路上,有挑戰、有突破,有歡笑也有淚水,而所有的瞬間,都成了養分,打造出屬於 Longtail 特有的節奏與靈魂
這些年,謝謝每一位走進 Longtail 的你。每一晚吃飯喝酒的歡聲笑語,每一個一起共度慶祝的派對佳節,每一場有趣難忘的客座饗宴,連年獲得的米其林星級肯定,以及那些屬於我們且無法複製的瞬間,Longtail的每一步,都因你們而更加美好。
而帶著感恩與不捨,
Longtail 將於2026年1月1日起暫時停下腳步,短暫休息。
在最後這段時間裡,

Throughout this journey, we’ve shared laughter and tears, faced challenges, and celebrated breakthroughs. Every moment—big or small—became part of the foundation that shaped the rhythm and soul uniquely belonging to Longtail.
To everyone who has ever walked through our doors—thank you.
For every night spent eating and drinking with joy,
for every celebration and festive gathering,
for every memorable collaboration and unexpected culinary spark,
for the Michelin recognition received year after year,
and for all the irreplaceable moments that can only happen here—
every step of Longtail’s story has been meaningful because of you.
With gratitude and a touch of bittersweet emotion, Longtail will be taking a pause starting January 1, 2026.

Chef Erik以紅條石斑、菇與酸菜,重構經典酸菜魚,透過魚湯浸漬手法凝聚鮮美底蘊。
自底層依序鋪疊發酵高麗菜、發酵白蘆筍奶醬、發酵柳松菇,構築自然發酵的深邃酸香層次。
綴以藤椒油的麻香與炭烤金蓮花的芥末草本氣息收尾,讓酸、麻、鮮在味蕾間交織出俐落而優雅的平衡。
Chef Erik reinterprets the classic Sichuan Boiled Fish with grouper, mushrooms, and fermented cabbage.
Fermented cabbage, fermented white asparagus cream sauce, and fermented brown swordbelt mushrooms evoke a natural acidity.
A finishing touch of Sichuan peppercorn oil and charcoal-grilled Chinese globe flower adds a gentle numbing heat and a herbal aroma, bringing a harmonious balance.
